Episode starts with Harneet telling Mannat that Mallika is just like her mom. But Mannat refuses to agree with her. Harneet says Mallika was poisoning Vikrant's mind, claiming Mannat was drunk before the press conference and that's why she was misbehaving. Mannat says she will confirm the truth about Malla herself.
Later, Mannat goes to Malla and says she wants to talk to her. But Malla responds rudely, saying that Mannat was too close to Vikrant after the press conference. Mannat says someone had spiked her food and she has pictures showing she only ate the cake offered by Malla. Malla gets offended and says she helped Mannat get into Mehzban and even into the Saluja mansion, but Mannat is now suspecting her.
Mannat says she will show the pictures to Vikrant to clarify that her food was spiked and someone plotted against her. Malla shouts at Mannat not to show the pictures to Vikrant, fearing he might find out that she was the one who plotted against Mannat. As Mannat walks out of the room, Malla pushes her, causing her to hit the wall and faint. Malla panics and calls Aishwarya for help.
Aishwarya comes to Malla's room and sees Mannat lying unconscious on the floor. A scared Malla explains that Mannat was about to show the press conference pictures to Vikrant, so she pushed her to stop her. Aishwarya worries that if anything happens to Mannat, Sruthi will kill her.
Vikrant comes to his room, but Malla says she is changing her dress, so Vikrant leaves. Malla then starts blabbering the truth—that Vikrant will definitely find out who plotted against Mannat because he still loves her. If he learns that Malla has cheated him, he will definitely send her to jail. Malla continues to blabber and reveals everything—that she convinced Vikrant they spent the night together and forced him into marriage. Because of this, Vikrant's family forced him to marry her.
Aishwarya slaps Malla to calm her down. Mannat regains consciousness and says Aishwarya should have slapped Malla long ago for stooping so low with others.
Mannat stands up and feels hurt that Malla wasn’t worried about her injury but only about going to jail. Mannat feels betrayed, as she had trusted Malla blindly. Malla complains that she felt betrayed by Mannat, since she had helped her get into Mehzban and the Saluja mansion even though Mannat doesn't belong to high society. Mannat replies that she doesn’t need anyone’s support and can earn a place by herself.
Malla shouts that Mannat is not her friend anymore, but an enemy. Malla explains how she planned her wedding with Vikrant. When Vikrant wanted to propose to Mannat, Malla suggested he pretend to propose to her instead, so that Mannat would feel jealous and express her love for him. Vikrant believed Malla and agreed. But when Vikrant decided to cancel the wedding plan, Malla trapped him by claiming they had spent the night together and had to marry. Though Vikrant doesn’t love Malla, she is still happy to be married to him.
Mannat challenges Malla, saying that even though Vikrant married her, he still loves Mannat and will soon learn the truth. Mallika gets furious and pushes Mannat. The candles on the table fall onto Malla's wedding dress, and it catches fire. Mannat says it’s a sign from God that Vikrant and Mannat can never be separated because they are in true love. Mannat leaves the room.
Mannat goes to Vikrant and apologizes. Vikrant notices blood on Mannat’s forehead and feels bad but restrains himself, recalling his father's words to stay away from Mannat and take care of Malla. However, Vikrant feels something is odd about Mannat’s apology. He suspects that Mannat is hiding something from him.
